Balanced Environments, Inc. (BEI) is an award-winning, full-service landscape design build company with 5 locations in the upper midwest. They work with municipalities, commercial property owners and homeowners associations to design and main huge corporate campuses, parks and neighborhoods. GMCI is the advertising agency of record for this $40 million a year company. We created their website from scratch to highlight the beauty of their work and the breadth of their client base. We work with BEI to provide marketing and advertising services from a granular level up to and including ad buys, sales and marketing retreats and focus groups.

Design Features

We have developed full marketing plans with budgeting and creative for websites, social media, print and video messaging for Balanced Environments, Inc. We have initiated dozens of marketing campaigns for BEI including drone video footage of their impressive properties, award application assistance, social media event coverage and weekly drip marketing and blog campaigns. BEI’s branding updates and SEO improvements have increased their online presence by over 1000% since we began working with the company.

Drip Drip Drip

We create weekly email drip marketing campaigns for BEI that are inclusive of their service offerings. From snow removal to bulb placement, irrigation and water management to tree care and arborist stories, we make sure BEI’s name stays in front of clients and potential clients. We have increased their email open rate by 10%.

The Windy City

We have created dozens of custom drone videos of BEI’s impressive properties including, Marina Towers, Riverpoint Place and Lake Point Towers. These overhead videos and still shots are used throughout BEI’s website, drip marketing, social and display advertising pieces. These videos and still images have also been used to help them win Illinois Landscape Contractor Gold Awards and National Association of Landscape Professionals Gold Awards and Awards of Excellence.

We have worked with BEI to create customer appreciation surveys that not only give them insight into how BEI clients feel about their design and build services, but also help highlight little know services they perform and that can be added as upsell items to their client base services. These services are then highlighted in sales pieces, on their website and in their drip marketing.
