Design Features
Doctors of Physical Therapy has 60 physical therapy store-front locations within Illinois, Wisconsin and Michigan. GMCI™ Creative helped take DPT from 8 to 60 clinics over a 5-year period. We were integral in onboard branding of new and merger clinics. We increased appointments through paid ad words and social marketing campaigns and rebranded every piece of literature and digital branding. We programmed a new website for them that could scale for the fast growth that DPT experienced.
Scale Up Easy
UX/UI Brand Redesign
Two custom websites have been designed for DPT and their Onsite Services division. Each site was built for scalability and useability. We purposefully built easy-to-use online and in person appointment scheduling software that is trackable for full access ROI.
Social Mess
When we came on with DPT their social media pages were a mess. Each location had a page that was run by who knows? Their Google business pages were running wrong phone numbers, directions to a block away from their actual location, and actually missing clinics. GMCI™ pulled all social and web fingerprints together into one cohesive brand. Each location is now managed under an umbrella brand, and all became right with the world.
Literature Matrix
We fulfill all requests from all clinic literature through Trello project management software. From open house postcards to PT education sheets, we write, design and print all literature for the entire DPT chain. All of this literature has a full nomenclature system and matrix for each location to understand how the piece is used and when it was last updated and printed.
Virtual Appointments
When the pandemic hit, DPT moved immediately to virtual appointments for their clientele. We ran a large digital ad campaign throughout the pandemic shutdowns so that current patients and potential patients knew there was still a way to continue physical therapy from home. These campaigns increased the number of virtual appointments exponentially, helping to keep the Physical Therapists from each location able to work from home.
Video Virus
They are not viral videos, but they are videos, filmed by PT’s, on their own, in their homes, during the pandemic. GMCI™ was able to polish and turn the raw footage into video ads, vBlogs, social posts and website links. These videos kept DPT in the forefront of patient’s minds during the pandemic shutdowns.
Data Studio & Geofencing
GMCI™ runs very robust digital marketing campaigns for DPT. Our monthly ad spend reports and meetings always show true conversions and ROI numbers for real results. We have in-depth analytics on customers and where they are truly coming from. GMCI™ created fully custom ad campaigns for Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, Affiliate networks and Compass Geofencing.
